DAY 01: ROME - TAGLIACOZZO - SULMONA - PESCARA
Departure from Hotel Cicerone, Rome, at 08.30. Finally, arrival to L'Aquila, capital of the region, Roman and medieval city, famous for its Fontana Delle 99 cannelle, the Cathedral and for being an important university center. Return to your Hotel. Overnight in Pescara.
DAY 04: PESCARA - GRAN SASSO - TIVOLI - ROME
Breakfast. Panoramic roads lead to the largest highest Appenines massif, the Gran Sasso, surrounded by a mountain village, ideal places for a summer stroll and a base for skiing in winter. Continue to Rome with a stop in the historic center of Tivoli, where gardens, old houses and baroque villas dominate the borough a few kilometers from Rome. Lunch at your own and return to Rome.
